MENAHRA - Uptake of Harm Reduction (HR) services among Key Populations (KP) in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region is still lower than desired. Anecdotal evidence prioritized targeting Men who have Sex with Men (MSM) who also use and/or inject drugs. An Operational qualitative/quantitative Research (OR) was conducted in order to understand factors influencing service uptake and to generate recommendations for scaling-up HR service utilization in this population.
