Countering narcotics: Afghanistan Drug Reporting System launched |
Afghanistan - UNODC and the Afghan Ministry of Counter Narcotics have launched the Afghanistan Drug Reporting System (ADRS), the latest project in their partnership of more than three years. الأردن - اختتمت ورشة عمل بعنوان الحب بدون وصمة التي نظمتها مبادرة القانون والايدز بدعم من المنظمة العالمية لقانون التنمية. وهدفت الورشة التي عقدت في عمان واستمرت يومين، الى تعزيز مبدأ الانسانية والمساواة بين أفراد المجتمع بعيدا عن أشكال التمييز المختلفة والتي من بينها الوصمة تجاه متعايشي فيروس نقص المناعة المكتسب (الايدز). تتمة |

فلسطين - تغيرت المؤثرات العقلية عبر التاريخ . وتطورت سلع التبغ والكحول . وبسبب الدراسات وحملات التوعية تم ابتكار مواد ووسائل خداعة ومنها بغرض التحايل على القانون و للوصول لأسواق جديدة . عرفت مواد وخلطات السبايس والتوابل المخدرة ( القنب المصنع و المخلوط / الماريجوانا الصناعية ...الخ ) منذ العام 2004 في أوروبا. وبعدها في أمريكا ومن ثم الى مختلف أنحاء العالم. تتمة
