Based on the presidential decree No. 7491 issued on 6/02/2012 regarding the foundation of a foreign association under the name of “شبكة الشرق الأوسط وشمال إفريقيا للحدّ من مخاطر استخدام المخدرات” (the Middle East and North Africa Harm Reduction Association/MENAHRA); Based on articles 2 and 5 of the abovementioned association bylaw regarding the convening of the regular general assembly, The President of the Board of Directors, Dr. Fatima Asouab calls the general assembly to a regular Online session on January 18, 2022, from 10:00 am to 3 PM 

MENAHRA is also seeking to fill five (5) seats on the Board, for a three years’ term. These seats will be filled via direct election by MENAHRA members.

MENAHRA values nominations from passionate harm reduction advocates from around the world, and strongly encourage nominations from people (man/women) who use drugs and people (man/women) living with HIV.
