The 26th of June is the United Nations’ International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking – it is also the “Global Day of Action” for the SUPPORT DON’T PUNISH! Campaign.

This year, once again, with the same spirit of care and determination the Middle East and North Africa Harm Reduction Association (MENAHRA) coordinates the campaign in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. Because, together, our voices are louder, our collective message is stronger, and our capacity to make change is unstoppable! we encourage you to organize various activities in your cities throughout the MENA region (some funding available to support activities).

Keep in mind the coronavirus disease and the challenges raised It is important to protect yourself and others by keeping physical distance in order to reduce new transmissions of the virus.

Last year, despite the ongoing and dire challenges associated with the COVID-19 pandemic situation, our message was heard by thousands in at least 239 cities of 90 countries (10 cities from 7 countries from the MENA region)!
