The Middle East and North Africa Harm Reduction Association (MENAHRA) will be holding its 3rd Regional Conference, in Beirut- Lebanon from 23rd till the 25th of November 2016. The theme of this year’s conference is “Reduce Harm, Ensure Rights”. The program will include plenary and main sessions, concurrent sessions, as well as workshops, and dialogue space and poster presentations.

 The conference will be focusing on the following topics: Human Rights and Harm Reduction, Advocacy, Innovative Harm Reduction Services, Research on Harm Reduction, Policy Making, Gender and Harm Reduction, Young People and Harm Reduction, and Financial Sustainability.
